Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 2026
Fingerspeoples Concrete wants fingerspeoples.property to work for everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement explains our approach. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Our Goal
We want a site that as many people as possible can use. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. It is a widely used standard for accessible websites.
Steps We Take
To support access, we try to:
- Use clear headings and a logical page order
- Add text alternatives to images that carry meaning
- Keep text readable with strong color contrast
- Make the whole site usable with a keyboard alone
- Build pages that fit phones, tablets and desktops
- Write in plain, everyday words
- Label form fields clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Third-party content, such as embedded tools, may be outside our control. We check the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of this site is hard to use, you have other options. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@fingerspeoples.property and we will do what we can to assist.
Send Us Feedback
We welcome your thoughts on how accessible this site is. Email contact@fingerspeoples.property and tell us:
- Which page or feature gave you trouble
- What went wrong and what you expected
- Your browser, device or assistive technology, if you know it
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Keeping at It
Accessibility is never done. We will keep it in mind each time we update the site.
